Join our ‘Summer Run Club’ for a weekly 5 km run!
This friendly, community-oriented drop-in class is designed for those looking to have fun while staying active. We’ll meet at 8 am at the Gabriola Fitness Centre on Monday mornings, run together, and create a welcoming inclusive atmosphere. This class is included with gym memberships ~ drop-ins are welcome too! Led by Rhonda Burton

With a focus on pelvic health, alignment, and proper form, explore exercises like squats, deadlifts, and other weighted exercises to build overall strength, improve bone density, and increase metabolic rate. Welcome to our “Nervous System Reset” class, a peaceful oasis of relaxation and rejuvenation. Join this 6-week session, both online and in-person on Wednesdays from 7:30 – 8:30 pm. Through focused breathing, gentle stretching, and restorative poses, we’ll release tension and create a safe and welcoming space to unwind and reset.
