Warm up with dynamic stretching then use resistance bands, dumbbells, and other equipment to isolate and strengthen core and glutes. This in turn will strengthen and support knees, pelvis, posture, and mobility. No cardio. All fitness levels welcome.

Recharge is a unique class that combines Yoga (Flow and Restorative), Foam Rolling, Self Massage, Breath, Tapping, and Stretching to create a whole body~mind restorative class. 

Whether everyday stresses are weighing you down, or a heavy workout is slowing you down, taking time to recover, restore, and rejuvenate our body and mind will inspire you to feel ready to get back to your daily routines.

High intensity interval training. All body weight exercises for a total body work out. Includes components of athleticism – strength, speed, power, agility and flexibility. Perfect for cross training or to amp up your current routine. Prepare to sweat and be challenged, ending with 25 mins of yoga. Not for beginners – intermediate to advanced level.

Kicking off the week of FREE classes!!!  April 10 - 17 all of our classes will be live-streamed through the Gabriola Fitness Facebook Page.  Tasha Mae will be here to say hello, introduce the event and lead a short workout for everyone watching.  Every class on our schedule will be live-streamed throughout the week on our Facebook Page. Be sure to check the calendar and log into Facebook to participate.
