Jo-Jeff Dunbar is passionate about assessing weaknesses and helping people gain strength through compound and functional movements. Whether you’re a beginner, or experienced, Jo-Jeff is able to meet you where you’re at and help you build strength and routines.

Movement is Tasha’s passion and she considers herself a lifelong student. She’s curious and interested in discovering the most wholesome way to keep a body healthy and well balanced. As a personal trainer and a Yoga teacher, Tasha focuses on breath, pelvic floor and core development. Using traditional lifting practices and combining it with the current model of whole body connections, strengthening from the inside out.

The Kickstart Program

Kickstart your health with this small group personal training. Develop strength, increased range of motion, and explore functional movement in a safe and progressive way. Individual attention in a small group setting.

• pelvic floor and true core strength

• breath development for optimal function

• alignment and form

• strengthen whole body including hands and feet

• cardio endurance as well as increased flexibility/mobility

• learn to lift weights safely

The Kickstart program came along at the perfect time. For lots of reasons I was worn out physically and spiritually and knew that I needed to get myself back on track – the Kickstart program has been the perfect solution. Tasha is a gifted instructor – her extensive knowledge, joy, and passion in delivering this unique program makes all the difference. The program is great fun and this is coming from a person who was nervous about being able to “keep up” when I signed up. Each class is a unique blend of breath, alignment, strength, balance, cardio and core. The perfect combination. Each week builds on the previous week and strength and abilities build over time – at a pace that is fun and sustainable. And Tasha always provides modifications. I am so glad I signed up for the Kickstart program to regain a sense of physical health and well being but also to discover a sense of social connection with fellow participants as we get together each week.
