Jo-Jeff Dunbar has been a personal trainer for 7 years. He is passionate about assessing weaknesses and helping people gain strength through compound and functional movements. Whether you’re a beginner, or you want to bring your workouts to the next level ~ he’s your guy.
Movement is Tasha’s passion and she considers herself a lifelong student. She’s curious and interested in discovering the most wholesome way to keep a body healthy and well balanced. As a personal trainer and a Yoga teacher, Tasha focuses on true core development through breath and pelvic floor. Using traditional lifting practices and combining it with the current model of whole body connections, strengthening from the inside out.
Tasha is certified as a personal trainer, an 800 hour international Vijnana Yoga Teacher, and a group fitness instructor.
Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor Rhonda Burton is passionate about health in all ways! She’s studied nutrition and has her red seal as a chef. Fitness has been a longstanding part of her life. Rhonda has the experience, knowledge, and expertise to help you right from the beginning through to more challenging and advanced routines, carefully guiding you every step of the way.
One hour personal training session = $85

How it works:
Book in Person Class select the correct date and book your session! Super easy.
You don’t have to be a member to benefit! If you have a home gym you can drop in to a session and apply what you learned at home too!
2 – 4 people in each training session – invite a friend to join with you! $40 plus gst per person. You’ll receive a take home workout template to mark down your weights/sets/reps and any notes.
Sign up again next month for a reassessment and check in with the trainer.

From Start to Finish ~ A Trail Running Program
Registration opens on September 10, program begins on Monday Sept 26
Runs will be Mondays and Wednesdays from 4 -5 pm starting at various trails as set out by the trainer. Cost is $275 plus gst per month. Six month commitment. Can cancel at any time. All payments are non-refundable.

The Kickstart Program
Kickstart your health with this small group personal training. Develop strength, increased range of motion, and explore functional movement in a safe and progressive way. Individual attention in a small group setting.
• pelvic floor and true core strength
• breath development for optimal function
• alignment and form
• strengthen whole body including hands and feet
• cardio endurance as well as increased flexibility/mobility
• learn to lift weights safely

The Kickstart program came along at the perfect time. For lots of reasons I was worn out physically and spiritually and knew that I needed to get myself back on track – the Kickstart program has been the perfect solution. Tasha is a gifted instructor – her extensive knowledge, joy, and passion in delivering this unique program makes all the difference. Recovery is the key to resilience.
This 6 week program led by Tasha Mae will provide you with the time and space you need to take care of yourself and restore your body and mind. These restorative techniques are designed to create space in the joints, revive tissue health, and connect to the breath.
For the past 7 years, Tasha Mae has studied Vijnana Yoga, The Tensegrity Repair Series, Massage, and various Natural Movement practices. This progam is a collaboration of restorative practices she has learned throughout these studies.
Enjoying the techniques presented in this program, and learning the benefits they have to offer, enables you to take home tools you can use it anytime you need that extra self care bringing peace to body and mind.
