Jo-Jeff Dunbar has been a personal trainer for 7 years. Jo-Jeff is passionate about assessing weaknesses and helping people gain strength through compound and functional movements. Whether you’re a beginner, or you want to bring your workouts to the next level ~ he’s your guy.

Movement is Tasha’s passion and she considers herself a lifelong student. She’s curious and interested in discovering the most wholesome way to keep a body healthy and well balanced. As a personal trainer and a Yoga teacher, Tasha focuses on true core development through breath and pelvic floor. Using traditional lifting practices and combining it with the current model of whole body connections, strengthening from the inside out.

Tasha is certified as a personal trainer, an 800 hour international Vijnana Yoga Teacher, and a group fitness instructor.

The Kickstart Program

Learn the fundamentals of exercise, breath, and form in a safe and progressive way. Develop true core strength, cardio endurance, and receive workout routines that you will feel confident in doing on your own. Individual attention in a small group setting.

The Kickstart program came along at the perfect time. For lots of reasons I was worn out physically and spiritually and knew that I needed to get myself back on track – the Kickstart program has been the perfect solution. Tasha is a gifted instructor – her extensive knowledge, joy, and passion in delivering this unique program makes all the difference. The program is great fun and this is coming from a person who was nervous about being able to “keep up” when I signed up. Each class is a unique blend of breath, alignment, strength, balance, cardio and core. The perfect combination. Each week builds on the previous week and strength and abilities build over time – at a pace that is fun and sustainable. And Tasha always provides modifications. I am so glad I signed up for the Kickstart program to regain a sense of physical health and well being but also to discover a sense of social connection with fellow participants as we get together each week. Restorative Program

Recovery is the key to resilience.

This 6 week program led by Tasha Mae will provide you with the time and space you need to take care of yourself and restore your body and mind. These restorative techniques are designed to create space in the joints, revive tissue health, and connect to the breath.

For the past 7 years, Tasha Mae has studied Vijnana Yoga, The Tensegrity Repair Series, Massage, and various Natural Movement practices. This progam is a collaboration of restorative practices she has learned throughout these studies.

Enjoying the techniques presented in this program, and learning the benefits they have to offer, enables you to take home tools you can use it anytime you need that extra self care bringing peace to body and mind.
