Jo-Jeff has been involved with strength training for over 25 years. His passion is power lifting, calisthenics, nutrition and healthy cooking.
When Jo-Jeff isn’t spending time working out and cooking nutritious meals, he loves spending time with his family, wandering through the forest with his Mini Aussie Shepherd, and working in the yard.
Tasha Mae

Movement is Tasha’s passion and she loves to share it with other people. She specializes in teaching breath and mindfulness along side building strength.
When Tasha isn’t immersed in learning or teaching, she loves spending time with her family and dogs. You’ll find her in the garden growing herbs, simple foods, and flowers to enhance her cooking and to create her own skin creams. If she’s not in the garden, she’s definitely at the beach!
