Butts & Guts
Warm up with dynamic stretching then use resistance bands, dumbbells, and other equipment to isolate and strengthen core and glutes. This in turn will strengthen and support knees, pelvis, posture, and mobility. No cardio. All fitness levels welcome.
Grooving to the beats of salsa, flamenco, and meringue music feels more like a dance party than a workout! Forget the workout, just lose yourself in the music and find yourself in shape at the original dance-fitness party!
Full Body Toning
Sculpt and tone the entire body, while working on strength, endurance, mobility and balance. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels.
Sunday Morning Yoga
Warm your soul and smile from the inside out. Flow gently through Sun Salutations, standing and balancing postures, and more. With music ~ All levels welcome.

1 lacrosse or tennis ball
strap / band / belt
We use a different combination of props in each class so some of these things may not get used all the time. Modifications and alternative props are always welcome.

HIIT with Yoga
High intensity interval training. All body weight exercises for a total body work out. Includes components of athleticism – strength, speed, power, agility and flexibility. Perfect for cross training or to amp up your current routine. Prepare to sweat and be challenged. 25s on & 15s rest, ending with 25 mins of yoga. Not for beginners – intermediate to advanced level.
Cardio and Core
A 30-minute cardio and core blast. This class is designed to get your heart rate up and challenge your cardio endurance ~ ending with core exercises. Suitable for all levels because you can modify the exercises if needed. Get your sweat on and strengthen your core ~ heck yeah!
An indoor cycling experience that will leave you exhilarated and wanting more! All levels welcome, including beginners!
Boxing with Ivy Richardson. Ivy is a Canadian boxer who has won many belts and championships. In this class she focuses on technique as well as strengthening.
