Join our online classes anytime, and from anywhere! Gain unlimited LIVE weekly classes through Zoom as well as a large selection of recorded classes. Choose from online classes only, or classes included with a gym membership. Gym memberships include online classes, recorded classes PLUS the option to attend classes in person at the Gabriola Fitness Centre.

Class Descriptions

Warm up with dynamic stretching then use resistance bands, dumbbells, and other equipment to isolate and strengthen core and glutes. This in turn will strengthen and support knees, pelvis, posture, and mobility. All fitness levels welcome.

Grooving to the beats of salsa, flamenco, and meringue music feels more like a dance party than a workout! Forget the workout, just lose yourself in the music and find yourself in shape at the original dance-fitness party!

Sculpt and tone the entire body, while working on strength, endurance, mobility and balance. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels.

High intensity interval training. All body weight exercises for a total body work out. Includes components of athleticism – strength, speed, power, agility and flexibility. Perfect for cross training or to amp up your current routine. Prepare to sweat and be challenged. 25s on & 15s rest, ending with 25 mins of yoga. Not for beginners – intermediate to advanced level.

A 30-minute cardio and core blast. This class is designed to get your heart rate up and challenge your cardio endurance ~ ending with core exercises. Suitable for all levels because you can modify the exercises if needed. Get your sweat on and strengthen your core ~ heck yeah!

Let yourself be led through winding roads and climbing hills, an indoor cycling experience that will leave you exhilarated and wanting more! All levels welcome, including beginners!

Warm your soul while you flow through the Sun Salutations and standing postures. All levels welcome.

Everything restorative. A recovery class from workouts or from everyday stresses ~ yoga poses, dynamic and static stretching, tapping, self massage, breath…this class will leave you with a calm mind and feeling recharged.
