This class provides a full body workout! Dumbbells, kettle bells, bands and exercise balls are all used in this class. Some knowledge of exercise is helpful before attending this class.

Summer Run Club
This friendly, community-oriented drop-in class is designed for those looking to have fun while staying active. We’ll meet at 8 am at the Gabriola Fitness Centre on Monday mornings, run together, and create a welcoming inclusive atmosphere. This class is included with gym memberships ~ drop-ins are welcome too!
