Class Descriptions

30 Min Movement is a perfect way to get a short workout into a busy day. You can use this class as a warm up before heading into the gym, or all on it’s own.  This class includes dynamic stretching, light cardio, and strengthening exercises.

Zumba ®️ is a workout where every class feels like a party!  

Maria Elena, our instructor, has been teaching Zumba since 2016 at many different locations.

Originally from Bolivia, she brings her latin flavour. Zumba has four basic rhythms including Merengue, Salsa, Cumbia and Reggaeton.

These will be just some of the rhythms you’ll be able to enjoy and experience.

Sunday Morning Yoga

Sunday Morning Yoga. Warm your soul ~ and smile from the inside out.

In the tradition of Vijnana Yoga ~ beginning with a short sitting meditation and pranayama before flowing gently through Sun Salutations, standing and balancing postures.

Spin, Strengthen, & Stretch begins with a 30 minute Spin blast, followed by an upper body workout and a nice long stretch.  The perfect summer combo.

HIIT with Yoga

High intensity interval training. All body weight exercises for a total body work out. Includes components of athleticism – strength, speed, power, agility and flexibility. Perfect for cross training or to amp up your current routine. Prepare to sweat and be challenged, ending with 20 mins of yoga. Not for beginners – intermediate to advanced level.
