Class Descriptions

Full Body Toning

This class provides a full body workout! Dumbbells, kettle bells, bands and exercise balls are all used in this class. Some knowledge of exercise is helpful before attending this class.

Zumba

Zumba ®️ is a workout where every class feels like a dance party!

Some rhythms you’ll be able to enjoy and experience are Merengue, Salsa, Cumbia and Reggaeton.

Wednesdays 9:30 – 10:30 am

HIIT with Yoga

This advanced class will challenge every part of you. Elements of athleticism include speed, power, strength, flexibility, and endurance. Calisthenics, plyometric and isometric exercises are all included in this no equipment total body weight workout. 30sec on, 15sec rest.

Last 25 mins of class is yoga.

Best work out ever.

Fridays 6:30 – 7:30 am

Sunday Morning Yoga

Warm your soul ~ and smile from the inside out. In the tradition of Vijnana Yoga ~ flow gently through sun salutations, standing postures, floor work and balancing postures.
