Class Descriptions
Full Body Toning
This low impact class provides a full body workout. It includes light cardio, strengthening exercises, and stretching. Dumbbells, kettle bells, bands and exercise balls are all used in this class.

Zumba
Zumba ®️ is a workout where every class feels like a dance party!
Some rhythms you’ll be able to enjoy and experience are Merengue, Salsa, Cumbia and Reggaeton.

Strong Nation
Every beat has a move, and every move has a beat. The music in STRONG Nation® was engineered so that every squat, lunge, and move is perfectly synced to the music, making your workout more efficient than ever. No equipment used in this full body 30 min class.

HIIT with Yoga
This intermediate to advanced class that will challenge every part of you. Elements of athleticism include speed, power, strength, flexibility, and endurance. No equipment is used for this total body workout. 30sec on, 15sec rest. Last 25 mins we cool down with yoga. Best work out ever.

Kickboxing Cardio
This kickboxing inspired class uses body weight exercises that combine punches and kicks with a cardio style workout. Designed to get your heart rate up and develop core strength for a total body workout with awesome warrior moves.

Sunday Morning Yoga
Warm your soul ~ and smile from the inside out. In the tradition of Vijnana Yoga ~ flow gently through sun salutations, floor, standing and balancing postures.
