Full Body Toning

A low impact class that provides a full body workout. Includes light cardio, strengthening exercises, and stretching. Dumbbells, kettle bells, bands and exercise balls will all be used in this class.

HIIT with Yoga

High intensity interval training. All body weight exercises for a total body work out. Includes components of athleticism – strength, speed, power, agility and flexibility. Perfect for cross training or to amp up your current routine. Prepare to sweat and be challenged, ending with 20 mins of yoga. Not for beginners – intermediate to advanced level.

Zumba ®️ is a workout where every class feels like a party!  

Originally from Bolivia, Maria brings her latin flavour. Zumba has four basic rhythms including Merengue, Salsa, Cumbia and Reggaeton.

These will be just some of the rhythms you’ll be able to enjoy and experience.

BollyX® – The Bollywood Workout – is a dance-fitness program that combines dynamic choreography with music from your favorite Bollywood movies. The mix of fitness with authentic dance sequences vary from high to low intensity, and are sure to get you moving, sweating, and smiling.

Circuit Hour will take over the whole gym space. We’ll play music and have stations set up all over the gym and studio. 1 min at each station, moving around the gym in a circuit style.
