The ins and outs

PLEASE WEAR CLEAN GYM SHOES WHEN USING OUR FACILITY
The Gabriola Fitness Centre is your home away from home, let’s keep it clean for our friends!

WE REQUIRE YOU TO SIGN UP FOR YOUR CLASS AHEAD OF TIME
This will ensure your place in class and help ensure that the class will run. If no one is signed up we may cancel the class. You can sign up online, by phoning, emailing, or in person. Online sign up - up to 2 hours prior ~ after 2 hours you will need to contact us directly to sign up. Note: if no one signed up for the class it may be cancelled.

TO CANCEL A CLASS YOU ARE SIGNED UP FOR
You can cancel online, in person, by phone, or email with no charge up to 24hours in advance. If it is less than 24 hours notice you will be charged for the class. Spin classes have a no cancellation policy - once signed up for a spin class there is no cancellation and you will be charged for that class.

WE LOVE THAT YOU FEEL AT HOME ENOUGH...
to find a great spot to put your belongings and your shoes for when you return, but like any good home we also want to make sure there is room for everyone. Please bring all of your personal belongings with you. (If something is left for longer than two weeks we may donate it to a local charity). Thank you!

Live Easy, Train Hard!

Butts & Guts

Warming up with dynamic stretching and using medicine balls, resistance bands, dumbbells, and other equipment to strengthen core and glutes. All fitness levels welcome.

Full Body Toning

with Veronique Rioux
Low impact exercises that will sculpt and tone the entire body, while working on strength, endurance, mobility and balance. This class is appropriate for all fitness level.

HIIT (high intensity interval training and yoga)

with Tasha Mae
The first half of this class is interval training - includes a warm up, 25 seconds of an exercise with 15 second break - all body weight exercises, no equipment used - the second half is cooling down with yoga. Not for beginner level - intermediate to advanced.

Spin Class

All levels welcome - including beginners!

Sunday Morning Yoga - all levels welcome

Warm your soul while you flow through the Sun Salutations and standing postures with music. All levels welcome.

Zumba

with Veronique Rioux
Grooving to the beats of salsa, flamenco, and meringue music feels more like a dance party than a workout! Forget the workout, just lose yourself in the music and find yourself in shape at the original dance-fitness party!

50+ Spin Class

All levels welcome - including beginners!
