Sunday Morning Yoga - all levels welcome

Interval Circuit Training

Come ready to sweat! This class will challenge you! Cardio Intervals mixed with strength training will kick your butt! All levels welcome

Postural Movement

with Mara Brenner
Great for beginners to pro athlete - anyone looking to create improvements within your current program. Gain the tools necessary to be the most effective with your body through mindful postural realignment. Using weights, balls, and bands you will be challenged to learn how to engage your core and deep pelvic floor muscles in movement and various positions including standing. Fun and challenging! All levels welcome.

HIIT (high intensity interval training and yoga)

The first half of this class is interval training - includes a warm up, 25 seconds of an exercise with 15 second break - all body weight exercises, no equipment used - the second half is cooling down with yoga. Not for beginner level - intermediate to advanced
